I am writing to relate to you my car-buying experience at Fremont Mazda last week. I purchased a 2010 Mazda 3 Grand Touring hatch back, and I have to say that the car is fantastic. It is quick, comfortable, and well-equipped, and my husband and I were quite pleased with the price.

Much of the credit goes to your salesperson Dan Perdue, who made the selection and negotiation process almost painless. He knows his product, and is very enthusiastic about both the cars and the delivery of total customer satisfaction. The entire buying process (including a trade-in) was quite unexpectedly straightforward. Dan definitely gets a 10 out of 10 in my book.

I've had to bring back my RX-8 a couple of time in the past year or so for mechanical issues. Both time I have received outstanding service from your Service Manager Brian Nunes. Brian goes above and beyond. He was excellent in returning phone calls and even giving me a heads up to the status of my car. I sent him a text message after hours, not expecting a response, but he did to my disbelief. I just want to say thank you to Brian and to let you know what an outstanding person you have there.

I recently brought my Mazda in for Service, I drove 40 miles to Newark instead of my local Dealer, Diablo Mazda because of excellent comments on YELP about Brian Nunes. Brian Nunes is the Best! Duing my repair proccess on my air conditioner for my Mazda CX7 Brian performed above and beyond what I expected from a service department. Since there was an unusually long wait in getting replacement parts Brian kept me informed of each step so I would have a reasonable expectation of what, when and how the situation was being handled. Brian also made sure I was provided with a rental car so I could get to and from work and that really took a big stress factor off my mind. Now here's the thing, I've been in customer service on the front line with AT&T for 27 years and I know exemplary service when I see it. Words I would use for Brian and Mazda of Fremont: Professional, friendly, kind, concerned, communicative, caring and compassionate. I will return when it's time for a new car and hope to experience the same from the sales side. Thanks again Brian!

Sunhee and I had sent out numerous Internet pricing requests to multiple dealer ships throughout the Bay Area in our search for a car. You were the first to respond (I am still waiting on some dealer ships to respond). Also, you were the only one to reply promptly to my multiple email inquiries.  

On Saturday morning we began our search for a car and started with Fremont Ford/Mazda. After that we visited other dealerships in Fremont, Dublin, Livermore, and Tracy looking at Ford's, Chevy's, Honda's, Hyundai's, Kia's, and Mazda's. Our experiences at these other dealerships with the sales personnel was mostly negative and unpleasant. The high pressure tactics and know it all attitudes some of the sales people used on us was unbelievable. At the end of the day we were beat and worn out (shopping for a car is very trying). Sunhee and I reflected back on our experience and we both agreed that if we were going to buy a car it would be from Fremont Ford/Mazda because of the way we were treated on our initial visit.  

Your support and no pressure negotiation process was fantastic! Corban was a real pleasure to work with. We are going to let all our friends and co-workers who are in the market for a car know about Fremont Ford.

I bought a car from Fremont Mazda and I had a amazing experience. Not only was my sales person Wais courteous, but his manager Jim was also very helpful and knowledgeable. Wais took his time to make sure I knew everything about my car and even followed up with me a couple days later to make sure everything was ok. The office is very clean and everyone we had contact with there said Hi and smiled. If I ever need to buy a car I will 100% return to Fremont Mazda. I will be referring my friends to Fremont Mazda. I had a great experience at Fremont Mazda. My salesmen Corban was very helpful and knowledgeable in his product.  We were thinking of buying a Toyota again, but when Corban showed us all the value we get for the money. I didn't feel comfortable paying for a Toyota just because of the name. I would recommend Corban to all my friends and family? I give Him 100%.

From the moment I walked thru the door at fremont mazda I knew this was going to be to be a different expierence. I was promply greeted by a salesperson named Rob ( something that didn't happen at the other dealerships i visited)  I had my heart set on a Honda civic but my dad insisted that i look at the Mazda 3. I had test driven the honda civic and the toyota corolla but after rob had explained the features of the mazda it had more of what i was looking for. He was great. he explained all of my options to me and made me feel really good about my purchase. I really recomend rob at fremont mazda.
