Service Advisor
Fremont Mazda provides superior customer service to the entire bay area and its surrounding towns’ car repair service community. We always take the time to work directly with our customers to go one step further and accurately fix their vehicles.
Currently, our service staff is expanding to accommodate the growing demand for Mazda vehicles. With that in mind, we are looking for a full-time Service Advisor who is a friendly, motivated, and business-driven individual to join our service team.
Job Responsibilities
As an Service Advisor, you will be required to provide the best in customer service assistance to our customers, and to consistently achieve service goals.
Specific duties for the Service Advisor include:
- Ability to communicate clearly to customers on services performed on their vehicles
- Work with customers to schedule appointments, prepare service estimates, and sell maintenance services
- Coordinate appropriate transportation for customers when vehicle is brought for service
- Communicate with other departments

Job Requirements
As an Service Advisor, you must have an engaging and high-energy personality, and the ability to build rapport and develop trust with customers. You must also have a strong work ethic, work well as part of a team, and take pride in the work you do.
Specific qualifications for the Service Advisor position include:
- 2+ years previous experience as a Automotive Service Advisor required
- Great customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
