Fremont Mazda provides superior customer service to the entire Bay Area and its surrounding towns’ car-buying community. We always go the extra mile and take the time to work directly with our customers to make sure they get the exact vehicle they are looking for.

Currently, our manager staff is expanding to accommodate the growing demand for Mazda vehicles. With that in mind, we are looking for a full-time Used Car Manager who is a friendly, motivated, and business-driven individual to join our managers team.

Job Responsibilities

As an Automotive Used Car Manager, you will be required to provide the best in customer service and sales assistance to our customers, and to consistently achieve sales goals.

Specific duties for the Automotive Used Car Manager include:

• Vehicle pricing
• Getting involved with deals, customer-facing
• Inventory management including buying, selling & wholesale
• Manage all aspects of vehicle reconditioning
• Manage the used car inventory and process lease returns
• Help manage all other aspects of the pre-owned sales department
• Work directly with our employees and customers to develop relationships and help to enhance the sales process
• Achieve manufacturer performance objectives
• Provide training and support to the sales staff and assist in closing deals

Job Requirements

Specific qualifications for the Automotive Used Car Manager position include:

• Prior automotive preowned sales managerial experience is a MUST
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Understanding of inventory control
• Strong computer & phone skills (Internet, ADP/CDK/R&R, CRM)
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Strong work ethic
• Current, valid driver’s license and satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report (MVR)

Pay: $95,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
